La Serre-Che Luc Alphand’ bike race is open to everyone. It will take place on Sunday 7 July 2013 in Serre Chevalier, in France’s Hautes-Alpes department.

The longest route for this year’s race ends on top of the legendary Col du Galibier. It pass also through The Izoard, which culminates at an altitude of 2361m, climbed from its southern side. The races start in Serre Chevalier

In 2006, the famous magazine Cyclosport made a survey to know the favourite races. 3 races had a lot of votes : l’Ardéchoise, stage of the Tour de France and…. the Serre Che Luc Alphand.
A « human size » race titled the magazine which underlined « the friendly atmosphere» of the event…

Parcours B : Chantemerle – Les Traverses, Izoard and arrival in Serre Chevalier – Chantemerle : 108km
Parcours C : Chantemerle – Col du Montgenèvre – col de l’échelle – Chantemerle : 88,5km
