Opening of ski area depends on snow condition

Official date of opening : Saturday 12th December 2015

Briançon area is scheduled to close on the evening of 10th April 2016 and Monêtier area on 17th April 2016

Artificial Snowmaking

Serre Chevalier ski area has one of the most extensive snowmaking networks in France and Europe to ensure the best snow conditions all winter long.

A third of the entire ski area, that is over 154 hectares (approx.380 acres)is covered by our network of snow cannons.
