To mark the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, come and retrace the route of Aspirant Jan, the hero of the liberation of Briançon, from the Porte d'Embrun to the top of the château fort where the German soldiers were entrenched on 6 September 1944. The tour will also cover the fighting in June 1940 and the occupation and liberation of Briançon.

The fort has no water or public toilets. Please bring suitable mountain clothing and footwear.
