With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of well-being, Natha Yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, multiple massage trainings, Bach Flower consultant, I offer a range of treatments: classic massages (soothing, relaxing, energizing), traditional massages (ayurvedic, thai oil, hot stones, foot reflexology), energy treatments: Reiki, Marma therapy, Bach Flowers.
