Ateliers scientifiques

The behind-the-scenes scientific tour, from 2 to 3 pm, is included in the price.
Then, from 3pm to 5pm, you can go out into the field or into the garden's experimental zone for an introduction to the scientific approach, take samples, readings and measurements of all kinds, and take part in research protocols supervised by the scientists at the Jardin du Lautaret, who will be delighted to answer any questions you may have.

You may not realise it when you walk through the garden's gates... But the Jardin du Lautaret is a small team of just ten or so people who bring this scientific research centre and this wonderful botanical garden to life.
The scientific workshops will be led by one of the members of the team working with the researchers.
