Adding color to the facades of France's highest town: Briançon
This is the project undertaken by the town of Briançon in partnership with the Eternelles Crapules association
First fresco
The adventure began in November 2020.
TheAssociation Eternelles Crapules had been asked to decorate Briançon's Place Roger Martin (Sainte Catherine) with a piece of street art on the theme of mountaineering.
Following on from the first work in Briançon in 2020, the Festival is now taking up residence in the town center for the next three years, with the aim ofinviting art into the heart of the public space and bringing a contemporary and colourful vision of urban art, around themes chosen in collaboration with the town: nature, mountains and heritage.

In 2021, no fewer than seven artists from all over Europe took part in the festival.
Selected from 160 applicants. A panel of French, Belgian, Spanish, Ukrainian and Romanian artists chosen for their technique, sensitivity and diversity of approach, to offer eclectic and original works. Geometric shapes, soft colors, pop characters, portraits, realistic, surrealist or floor paintings: everyone will be able to recognize themselves in the works on offer.
