In the form of practical workshops, the instructors will offer practical awareness and training in all the phases that make up avalanche self-rescue:
1. Strategy and warning/self-rescue (ALIROSS)
2. Use of the Avalanche Victim Detector(AVD)
3. Sounding / shovelling
4. First aid and avalanche management
Workshops run by instructors from the CCI Hautes-Alpes Formation -CRET training centre: high mountain guide, mountain leader, alpine ski instructor, etc.
