The honey house
du Lauzet
- Laurent has been a familybeekeeper for 3 generations.
Located at the foot of the Col du Lautaret, in the hamlet of Le Lauzet, his bees gather honey from the exceptional flora of our mountains all summer long.
The apiary is open to visitors twice a week in July and August. Products such as mountain, larch, lavender and acacia honey, as well as beeswax and propolis, are available in the honey store.
Propolis, pollen, homemade pastries, jams, jellies and herbal teas are also produced from fruit and plants grown in-house.

La Fondue
Briançonnaise
Born from the creative genius of a chef who loves his job, a restaurateur in Briançon, and made with natural products, this fondue reduction will seduce you with its ease of use, its incomparable taste and its practicality.
The recipe is simple: just pour the mixture into the fondue pot, add the same volume of water. Bring to the boil and gradually add your grated cheese.
