It is the employee-run cooperative L’Epine Vinette, based in Briançon and operating under the Biocoop brand, which has taken over the grocery shop and restaurant Chez Puy, retaining its historic name.
Caroline, Benjamin and Fabien are on hand to advise you on fruit and vegetables, the wine cellar, fresh bread, sweet and savoury groceries, bulk goods, household and baby care, fresh, local and fair-trade produce, as well as cheeses and charcuterie sold by weight.
