There's no escaping her attraction. Close to our workshops, it shines like a magnet. An inexhaustible source of inspiration, it has become the main character of a joint project.
But why 80 faces?
80 faces: A daring gamble motivated by a lifelong fascination with this mythical peak, with the aim of each of us creating 80 works depicting it.
80 faces: Through four booklets inserted in a boxed set, one booklet for each artist, and a booklet devoted to some of the writings of the best specialists on this mountain.
80 visages : To pay tribute to Paul Cézanne, who also produced 80 paintings of his favourite mountain, Mont Sainte Victoire.
80 visages : To pay tribute to all those who devote their lives to helping people discover the mountain, to preserving it, to safeguarding the freedom it inspires, to protecting it with reason.
