Le Glaneur is a character whose memory is made up of nothing but films: black and white images, sword duels, Italian comedies, cult lines. He crosses the stage, inhabited by the ghosts of the silver screen. The Gleaner changes voice, body, gestures and language, becoming Alice in Wonderland, Batman, Harry Potter, Rocky, the Good Guy, the Bad Guy and of course the Truand, the Godfather... He plays, imitates and transforms, in a dance where theatre, music and cinema merge

Through him, the show questions our need for shared stories, our way of constructing our identities from cultural fragments. This polymorphous character takes us on a journey to the heart of our collective memories. A game of mirrors between the images that have left their mark on us and those that we find, sometimes without realising it, in our everyday lives.

This show does not impose any cinematographic references. At the heart of an immersive set-up, it awakens memories, sensations and emotions. It's a lively, joyful dance show, full of imagination, that invites us to reflect on what makes us who we are, what we share, and the place that fiction takes in our lives.
