THE FIRST TIME... WHAT ABOUT SKATING OR ALTERNATING ?
These two cross-country skiing techniques both require a minimum of endurance and skating is more athletic. The alternative ski is an older technique where the cross-country skier evolves in rails with skis with scales or wax. Dating from the 80's, skating is similar to skating and is practiced on smooth and groomed tracks.
