This event showcases the traditions and culture of our Alpine region.
Join local dialect and folk groups from the Italian Upper Piedmont and the Hautes-Alpes for a weekend dedicated to cultural exchange and cross-border friendship.

Saturday 22nd
• 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm: Talk – Salle du Grand Briançonnais
• 2.30 pm to 3.45 pm: Documentary film by the Chambra d’Oc: “The Dialect of Haute Durance” – Salle du Grand Briançonnais
• 1.30 pm to 5.00 pm: Traditional crafts (weaving, basketry, lace-making, embroidery, woodcarving, threshing wheat, etc.) - Le Pontillas
• 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm: Storytelling and theatre in Alpine Patois – Théâtre de Verdure
• 6.00 pm to 7.15 pm: Concert by the Gap Accordion Club – Théâtre de Verdure
• 7.15 pm to 8.45 pm: Welcome for the Mayor by the groups, aperitif – Théâtre de Verdure
• 9.00 pm to midnight: Traditional dance, by the Embrun and Fénestrelles Music School, Roure (Italy) – Salle de la Montagne
Sunday 23rd
• 9.30 am to 10.15 am: Procession in traditional costume to the village of La Salle-les-Alpes
• 11.00 am to 11.45 am: Ecumenical service at St Marcellin’s Church
• 12.00 pm to 12.20 pm: Traditional dances in the church square
• 12.30 pm to 1.15 pm: Dances on the St Barthélémy Meadow
