L'Equilibre

Located at the foot of the slopes and in the heart of the Serre Chevalier valley, but away from the various shops, L'Équilibre Restaurant is in a residence with a private car park (open on request).
Once you've arrived, dare to climb the stairs, or take the lift for people with reduced mobility, and you're finally ready to enjoy a pleasant moment, in the peace and quiet, with a view of the mountains.
Enjoy lunch and dinner on the terrace, sheltered from the wind and the condominium swimming pool, which is open to restaurant guests during the summer season.
As for the food, there's something for everyone: grilled meats, salads, magnificent burgers, mountain dishes, pasta, as well as homemade foie gras, Aquitaine caviar and, why not, fresh blue lobster straight from the fish tank!
All accompanied by a cocktail, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, or a carefully selected wine.
As for desserts, there's a slice of cake from the village's fine bakery and patisserie, "L'Alpain".
