The sales representatives at the Serre Chevalier ski area are available all season long to provide you with information, offer advice, and help you make the right choices.

Every day, nonstop, starting when each site opens:

• Villeneuve (Casse du Bœuf chairlift departure): 9:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. starting June 20, 2026
• Chantemerle (Place du Téléphérique): from 9:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. starting June 27, 2026
• Briançon (outdoor ticket window): from 9:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting July 4, 2026
• Monêtier (Pré Chabert): from 9:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. starting July 4, 2026

Ticket machines are also available (Pedestrian Pass, Mountain Bike Pass, Activities):

At the base of the ski area:

• in Briançon, in the lobby leading to the Prorel gondola, and NEW at the Prorel gondola’s mid-station
• in Chantemerle, Place du Téléphérique
• In Villeneuve, at the Prélong shopping center and at the Fréjus office (near the Casse du Bœuf chairlift)
• In Monêtier, at the Pré Chabert Information and Sales Desk

Within the ski area: at the top stations of the Ratier gondola and the Serre Chevalier cable car.
