Yoga

I offer moments of deep relaxation and release, for physical and emotional wellbeing, a gentle break for you and your body.
You can take part in one of the yoga classes, and you can choose between Therapeutic Yin yoga, which allows you to hold postures for a prolonged period of time in order to achieve complete muscular relaxation to music, or Body and Sound yoga, which uses different postures and voice release to get the body's energy and communication flowing again.

Comfortable soft clothing, yoga mat if possible for Monday yoga.
