Since opening their doors in 2022, this pair of artisans have been stirring up the sweet scene with a sustainable patisserie in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes.

Manon, the head pastry chef, who has worked for the fine house of Lenôtre, offers a pastry crafted responsibly from fresh produce, often organic and fair trade, in season and direct from the producer.
