You can fish in the rivers and some high-altitude lakes that you will find on the geofishing map. You must have a valid fishing card, in the Hautes-Alpes department. You can get this card on the website Carte de Pêche, in the different tourist information offices, in the store Thib'eau pêche in Briançon and in the Maison de la Pêche in Briançon (no sale on site). We took several heritage tours with one of the best guides in the Briançonnais. Mural paintings, Baroque churches, sundials, but above all the little-known history of the valley and its inhabitants. All of this with plenty of interaction and humour. It was a wonderful family day out, and the icing on the cake was that the Tourist Office offered the tours free of charge! Many thanks and we look forward to seeing you again 🤗
A very beautiful region to visit as a couple or with the family. The city offers a large number of activities for both adults and children, as well as workshops and animations. The discovery visits are very enriching and are very well presented by the locals.
Summits to climb, high-altitude lakes to discover, short or more arduous hikes, and multiple activities for young and old. I love the blue sky, the pure air and the smile of the people of the valley.
Very very beautiful. In addition, you take the cable car twice, it's great! And at the top, the great descent in the zip line.
